All packages will be sent by registered mail to ensure that they arrive at the right destination.
Packets under 30kg are sent with PostNL, packages above 30kg are shipped with UPS.
General information:
1. The trader will take the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.
2. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer made known to the trader.
3. Orders will be completed and sent by us within 4 days, unless a different delivery period is agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order is not or only partially carried out, the consumer receives information within 30 days after placing the order. We are not responsible for the delivery time, this depends on the mail order company and the customs.
4. The risk of damage and / or loss of products rests upon the trader up to the moment of delivery to the consumer or a pre-designated and the entrepreneur announced representative, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Items can be returned within 7 days after arrival. We will refund the purchase costs after we received and inspected the item. We do not pay for the return shipping costs.
